Explore the luxuries of the Hunter Valley through yoga practice, relaxation, meditation and a cheeky wine!
Evangeline has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2005, Hammock Yoga since 2011, and Barre Attack since 2019.
Evangeline’s love of yoga started off with Bikram Yoga when she was living in San Francisco. Since, her early days of yoga, she has also expanded into learning and teaching other styles of yoga.
She has participated in teacher trainings with Maty Ezraty, Twee Merrigan and has completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Breadner. She now teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Aerial Yoga and now Barre Attack.
She is inspired by her family, friends, the environment, nature and her teachers. She loves to incorporate different styles of yoga in her creative, fun and restorative classes.
“I love teaching and sharing this passion with others. I strive to remain calm, present and aware at all times and live yoga off the mat. I encourage students to relax, have fun and to be themselves. Yoga is a beautiful journey, enjoy!”
